I’m Lesa Simonson, founder of Virtual View 360, LLC. I launched this company in 2002 while working as a Realtor, frustrated by the mediocre photography services available at the time. My goal was simple: to give clients high-quality, personalized marketing materials that truly reflected their needs—something no one else was offering.

From those early beginnings, Virtual View 360 paved the way for 360-degree photography in the Kansas City Metro. Over the years, we’ve grown while maintaining extraordinary customer service and long-standing client relationships. We weathered the 2008 market downturn, using that time to refine our skills, embrace new technology, and expand our marketing toolkit to better serve our community.

This year, my trusted photographer of 25 years, Erin Waterhouse, became my partner. Together, we’ve turned countless “what if we could” ideas into reality. Today, we provide multi-media spatial photography that allows people to experience spaces virtually—an incredible solution for businesses, real estate, and venues alike.

With 3D walk-through virtual tours, professional HDR photography, drone and video productions, and comprehensive real estate marketing solutions, Virtual View 360 helps clients captivate audiences and increase engagement.
